Well this is just one of the funniest video I've seen in a while. Pheobe Price who is usually out working the camera's on Robertson Blvd gets into a confrontation with a Homeless Lady. I hope these 2 ladies meet again soon to entertain the public with more funny antics. Who do you think would win in a fight Pheobe Price or the homeless lady? I'm going with the Homeless Lady!
