Hello to all the CSI Las Vegas fans. William Petersen received his star on the Hollywood walk of fame on February 3, 2009. I was there to take in the ceremony and shot video for all the fans around the world who were unable to attend the event. I've been a big fan of CSI for a long long time so I just had to attend. Below is a video I shot where William is talking during his speech, a little bit later in the video William dusts off his star which was pretty funny. You can also see William signing some autographs for all the fans that had showed up to support him. Just a note that his last name is spelled wrong. It's Petersen (with an "en" not "on". :)
I also want to thank you for sharing. However I think others should know that there is a gap in your video that makes it seem like WP is telling his producing partner Cindy C. that she is his home and he loves her! When you have access to the whole speech, you realize that he was talking about his "beautiful and patient" wife Gina when he said that. This error does a disservice to both of those ladies.
I THINK BOTH BILL PETERSEN AND GARY DOURDAN SHOULD COME BACK AND MAKE IT THE SHOW IT USED TO BE.
